Employment conditions

Clones of the social status "Serf" (the position of a meatcutter) or the social status "Craftsman" and higher (other positions) can work at the Meat Processing Plant.

To work, the clone needs a working tool:

  • carving knife (for foreman);
  • quill and barn lock (for manager).

To work as a meatcutter or butcher, no working tool is required.

A clone can only hold one position in a given enterprise.

At this enterprise, there are two types of employment: completing tasks with piecework pay (meatcutters, butchers) and permanent work with a daily salary, plus additional bonuses (foremen, managers).

Attention! Within one settlement day, it is prohibited to change jobs at enterprises in order to receive additional (extraordinary) salaries (in violation of the general employment rules). Within one settlement day, it is forbidden to leave the enterprises and get a job at the Meat Processing Plant in order to complete tasks, and then return to the enterprises.

Completing tasks

To to get tasks at the position of "Meatcutter", a clone must meet the following requirements:

  • have the social status of "Serf";
  • be the only clone on the account;
  • have at least 1 unit of "Butcher's Expertise".

To to get tasks at the position of "Butcher", a clone must meet the following requirements:

  • have the social status of "Craftsman" or higher;
  • have at least 20 units of "Butcher's Expertise".

Butcher Expertises can be obtained by exchanging Experience, Reasonableness or Charisma for it at University.

Career advancement in these positions is not possible. A clone gets a job upon receiving a task and leaves immediately after completing the task and receiving payment.

There is no limit to the number of tasks a clone can complete per day.

The meatcutter performs one task for 15 minutes, the butcher - 1 hour.

Work as a meatcutter can be combined with work at any other enterprise of the World of Clones, according to the general rules.

Work as a butcher cannot be combined with work in other state or private enterprises.

Working as a meatcutter and a butcher does not cost any work efficiency.

It is strictly forbidden to perform multiple clicks on the button for receiving a task, use third-party scripts, devices, autoclickers, and so on. Remember, this is strictly prohibited! If you fall for this dishonest actions, you risk losing your game account. It will be permanently blocked.

Permanent work

Craftsmen and clones of higher status begin their careers at the Meat Processing Plant as "Foreman". If his characteristics meet the conditions of employment for a higher position, the clone will be transferred to it automatically.

While working as a Foreman or as a Manager at this enterprise, the clone consumes one rate of work efficiency consumption according to their social status. If a clone combines several jobs, the work efficiency consumption is summed up at all enterprises. If a clone does not have enough work efficiency to perform its duties, then he will not cope with them and, accordingly, will not receive a salary and experience units. At the same time, the durability of the tool is not consumed, and a reprimand is entered in the personal Record of Employment. If an employee is reprimanded in this position for three days in a row, he will be fired.

At any time, you can leave the Meat Processing Plant at your own request.

Attention! Work as a foreman and manager cannot be combined with work in other state or private enterprises. Employees of each position cannot complete tasks for other positions.

Salary

Depending on the position they hold, Meat Processing Plant employees will receive different salaries.

  • For each completed task, the meatcutter will receive 0.0001 gold coin.
  • The cost of each task for the butcher is determined by his qualification, which, in turn, depends on the amount of "Butcher's Expertises" the clone has, according to the table:

The salary for all foremen and managers at Meat Processing Plant is paid daily at checkout time (after 00:00 GMT) in two parts:

  • Fixed salary (different for each position).
  • Additional premium.

Also, your clone at positions of foreman and manager will receive daily experience units, their number depends on the position held.

Additional Premium

In addition to the salary, Meat Processing Plant employees (foremen and managers) can receive premium. The amount of the premium depends on the amount of "Butcher's Expertise" units the clone has. The more units - the higher will be his premium. If the clone has 0 expertises, or if its amount is not enough to receive the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), then the clone will not receive premium on that day.

"Butcher's Expertise" units can be purchased by exchanging "Experience", "Reasonableness", or "Charisma" at University.

Every day the State transfers to the Meat Processing Plant premium fund:

  • 30% - from the payment for cutting each animal carcass for meat at the Meat Processing Plant.

The following payments are made from this fund:

  • 10% of the fund - instantly goes to the fund for paying tasks for meatcutters;
  • 30% of the fund - instantly goes to the fund for paying tasks for butchers;
  • 30% of the fund - paid at the end of the day to all foremen in proportion to the amount of "Butcher's Expertises" of each clone;
  • 30% of the fund - paid at the end of the day to all managers in proportion to the amount of "Butcher's Expertises" of each clone.

If the fund of meatcutters or butchers is exhausted at some moment, then the issuance of tasks for this category of employees is terminated until money appear in the fund.

Number of workplaces and promotions

Each position has a different number of workplaces. This number is calculated according to the following rules:

  • The number of places (simultaneously performed tasks) for the position of a meatcutter is limited and equals 1000.
  • The number of places (simultaneously performed tasks) for the position of a butcher is limited and equals 1000.
  • The number of places for the position of a foreman is not limited.
  • There is 1 manager for every 10 foremen.

Recalculation of employees, transfer from position to position and opening of new vacancies in higher positions takes place at the checkout time (after 00:00 GMT).

Also, during the working day, one or more of the already occupied positions may be vacated (if the clone fired of his own or for other reasons). In this case, free places will display at enterprise.

If the number of subordinate employees is not enough to maintain one of the management positions, a reverse process is provided: the vacancy will be reduced at the checkout time. In this case, an employee with a minimum amount of "Butcher's Expertises" will be transferred to a lower position.

To qualify for a higher position of a manager, your clone must meet the following requirements:

  • Have the required social status (or higher);
  • Work as a foreman;
  • Have more "Butcher's Expertises" than the worst employee in a higher position.

If these conditions are met, at the end of the working day, your clone will be promoted, and the clone who occupied it before will be moved one step lower. Note that a promotion can occur even when the clone does not have the tool needed to work in a higher position. In this case, the clone will be promoted, but due to the lack of a tool, he will not be able to perform his duties and will receive a corresponding reprimand in his personal Record of Employment. If a clone gets reprimanded for three days in a row, he will be fired.

The higher social status of the clone does not increase the chance of getting a higher position. It only determines the possibility of occupying a particular position. Only the level of special expertises affects the promotion.
