Conditions of employment and dismissal

Clones of various social statuses, from Craftsman and higher, can work at private enterprises in Administrative Units (AU) (Hamlet - City).

To do this, you must first settle in your own house or rent house in the territory of the settlement (AU) where you want your clone to work. Living in the territory of this settlement is a prerequisite for employment.

Clone's work efficiency indicator must be at least 0.

To work in private enterprises, appropriate tools are required, which can be purchased in the Trading → Tool shop menu section. Details in the table below:

Enterprise Required Tool Minimum clone status Minimum salary/day Increasing experience / day
Sawmill Hand-plane Craftsman 0.01 gold coin or 0.35 unit of wood +4 units
Mill Scythe Peasant 0.02 gold coin or 0.23 unit of cereals +6 units
Stone Mine Sledgehammer Craftsman 0.01 gold coin or 0.35 unit of stone +4 units
Ore Mine Miner’s hack Craftsman 0.1 gold coin or 0.43 unit of iron +4 units

On the employment page you can specify job search parameters: the desired position, a certain principality and settlement on its territory, the availability and cost of living places to rent. Clicking on the title of a position will display additional information.

A clone can work at only one private enterprise at a time. After receiving a salary and being fired from one enterprise, the clone will be able to get a job in another private enterprise only after 24 hours.

Taking a job at a private enterprise, the clone cannot combine this work with:

Work at private enterprise can be combined with:

Attention! Within one settlement day, it is forbidden to quit private enterprises and get a job at a Meat Processing Plant in order to complete tasks, and then return to enterprises.

Attention! When working in a private enterprise, a clone spends 0.5 unit of work efficiency per day regardless of their social status (in addition to daily consumption in the amount of 1 daily rate). If on some day the clone does not have enough work efficiency to perform duties, then he will immediately be fired from the private enterprise.

Please note that the owner of the enterprise can change the salary or limit the number of vacancies at his discretion. Also, at any time, he can dismiss any of the employees. He can also stop resource redeeming or completely prohibit the admission of employees to his enterprise.

If it happens that the owner of the settlement did not redeem the products produced by the workers (or redeemed out only part of it), the next day there will be an automatic reduction in workplaces (no more than 10% of the maximum possible number of workers in a particular enterprise). Some employees may be fired.

The Special Case of Incomplete Redemption occurs when an employee goes on a cruise on a voyage ship. Such an employee is temporarily absent from the workplace - does not produce products, does not spend work efficiency, does not receive salary and experience. But he is listed as an employee of the enterprise. In this case, the enterprise produces less products than the number of employed workers - accordingly, the redemption will be incomplete with all the ensuing consequences.

First of all, workers who were on a cruise are laid off. Further, in order of priority, workers with a minimum amount of relevant specialized expertise will be laid off:

Enterprise Special expertise
Sawmill Forestry expertise
Mill Agrarian expertise
Stone Mine Stone Mining expertise
Ore Mine Ore Mining expertise

Salary at a private enterprise

Working at a private enterprise, each worker produces 1 unit of a particular product per day. At the end of the working day, the owner of the enterprise can redeem the manufactured products (in whole or in part) at any price not lower than the minimum, or may not redeem. Details in the table:

Enterprise Produced resource Minimum redemption price
Sawmill Wood 0.02 gold coin
Mill Cereals 0.04 gold coin
Stone Mine Stone 0.02 gold coin
Ore Mine Iron 0.2 gold coin

If the products were redeemed in full, each employee will receive 50% of the actual cost of redeeming 1 unit of the product.

If the manufactured products were not redeemed at all, the employee's salary will be (depending on the enterprise where the clone works):

  • 0.35 unit of stone (Stone Mine),
  • or 0.23 unit of cereals (Mill),
  • or 0.35 unit of wood (Sawmill),
  • or 0.43 unit of iron (Ore Mine).

The owner has the right to redeem only a part of the produced products. In this case, the workers will receive a proportionate part of their salary in gold coins, and a part in the products of the enterprise.

Gold coins are credited to the game account, and the resource is credited to the clone's bag.

Remember that salaries in enterprises can be issued both in gold and in resources. The salary is indicated in gold coins only if the resource in the enterprise is regularly redeemed by the owner (automatically or manually). If the owner does not redeem the resource, then the salary is indicated as 0. If the "Expected salary" column is "?", this means that there is no certainty in the salary level, since the enterprise is redusing workplaces.

Attention! Unlike state enterprises, in private enterprises the presence and amount of any special expertises does not affect the level of salary.

'Attention! If an enterprise worker goes on a cruise to a distant land, then of course he misses work in the enterprise without receiving a salary, without producing a resource, and without consuming a tool and work efficiency.'

Payroll procedure

After the product has been produced, the owner of the enterprise has 1 day to redeem it. Salary is paid upon redeem or non-redeem of products. In this regard, salary for the worked shift will be credited to the employee's game account 1 day after this shift. The first salary after employment will be accrued during the second checkout period in a row (every next day). The salary the clone received today is for yesterday's work day. Don't forget this important feature.

In this case, not a single worked shift is lost. Upon dismissal, the clone will receive the last payment on the day after the dismissal.
