There is a brisk hen's farms trade at the State Farm's Bird Market!
Any resident of the Land of Clones in the social status of "Peasant" and higher whose Energy (and the Energy of other clones that are on this account) of not less than 0, can buy the goods on the Bird Market.
A Peasant can buy or sell a hen's farm with a capacity of up to %status_peasant_max_hens% heads (inclusive). Clones of the status of a Townsman and higher can have, sell and buy a hen's farm with a capacity of up to %status_philistine_max_hens% heads.
At the Bird Market, you can sell an empty hen's farm or together with hens.
The house to which the farm was previously attached remains the property of the seller. The buyer must have his own house, to which the farm will be attached after purchase. A clone can own only one hen's farm.
When placing the lot in the Bird market, the seller is charged a commission at the rate of %create_commission%% of the specified price. When removing the lot, the commission is not returned.
When purchasing the lot, the seller is charged a commission at the rate of %sell_commission%% of the sale price.
At the end of each working day, the State Farm pays the withheld commissions to the following reserves:
- 10% - to the Social Reserves of the Land of Clones
- 10% - to the Reserves of Wonder of the World “Giant Sunflower”
- 10% - to the Reserves of Wonder of the World “Great Ear”
- 20% - to the State Farm’s Securities Reserves
- 10% - to the State Bank’s Securities Reserves
- 20% - to the Fair’s Securities Reserves
Immediately after the put up of hen's farm for auction, as well as after the production of products on the farm (once a day), the lot becomes unavailable for purchase for a random period of time (from 5 to 30 minutes).
When the hen's farm is on the Bird Market, hens continue to consume food and produce products, so the clone-the owner spends 1 unit of Energy every day to care for the farm, respectively. The period before the repair of the hen's farm is reduced at the usual rules.
Immediately after the sale of the farm all the contents of the feeder is automatically returned to the bag of the clone-seller. The buyer receives a hen's farm with an empty feeder, so immediately after the purchase it is necessary to take care of the feed for hens!
Details of the rules of keeping hen's farms and receiving products can be found in the "Hen's Farm" Help section.
