Land of Clones is a dynamically developing state. In the Principalities and Administrative Units of the Principalities live a huge number of clones. Booming real estate development, new and new houses of different capacity and comfort are constructing. Homeowners, in addition to the comfort of hearth and home, have the opportunity to engage in agriculture, growing healthy and nutritious crops, and also to build chicken farms of different capacity.

Each house has its own basic level of development (minimum is 0, and maximum is 50).

The level of the house determines:

  • the maximum number of clones that can live in it
  • number of servants who can work in the house
  • number of land plots allocated by the State
  • the amount of allowance that the State pays to the owner of the house on a daily basis
  • the amount of Energy points that is spent to obtain 1 point of Intention
  • the amount of Energy that a clone living in a house can restore every day
  • the number of Safes for storing the Securities

The basic level of the house can be increased by applying the potion of "Hospitable shelter". Read more about using the potion in the chapter below.

[править] The construction of Real Estate

[править] Houses for clones

Build their own houses can clones with the social status of Serf or higher. At the same time, Serfs can build only 1 house of the "Hut" level, and clones in the status of a Craftsman and higher - only Real Estate of the level higher than the Hut. The number of houses with level higher than the Hut in the ownership of the clone is not limited.

The Real Estate can be built on free "Imperial Lands" of the State of the clones. If your house is built on these state lands (not in AU located on Imperial Lands), if you wish, you can move it to any Principality of your choice (once). These state lands are a transit point for those who have not made an unambiguous decision on which Principality and in which administrative unit to build their home. There are no allowances for settlers on state lands, and it is not possible to choose an administrative unit during construction (the exception is the case when the owner of the AU and the owner of the house are the same player). When transferring the AU from Imperial Lands to the Principality, all the houses that are built in this AU will be moved with it.

The house can be built in any Principality, as well as in any administrative unit of the Principality (if any).

A house built in the Principality (without the choice of administrative unit) can later also be assigned (chosen subordination) to any administrative unit of this Principality. If the house is not subordinated with any administrative unit, it can not be occupied by owner or offered for rent.

How to choose a Principality and an administrative unit to build your own house?

  • Perhaps you need to build a house in your own Principality and in your own administrative unit, in order to increase the population…
  • Perhaps you are looking for generous social allowances. Stable allowances are in highly developed empires, but they have the largest population, and as a result, paid social allowances are divided into a larger number of residents, and as a result - their size is not as high as that of the relatively young empires. The allowances are not yet stable in young empires, the Prince or the Emperor can increase or decrease their payments. But due to the fact that the population is not so much, the amount of allowances often goes higher than the highly developed empires.
  • It is important to choose and administrative unit within Principality, directly in which will built your house, after all Mayors may also appoint and pay social allowances their residents.

When choosing a place for construction of the house, you can always ask questions to the Princes and Mayors. In addition, in the Registry of the Principalities, when choosing a Principality, you can see the payments made by the Prince for administrative units, and the size of the princely allowance per unit of level of the house.

The process of building a house by its owner is not instant, and stretched in time and depends on the level of the house under construction. Construction of 1 unit of development level takes 96 hours. Thus, a house with 1 unit of development level will be built 96 hours, a house with 2 units of development level – 96*2 = 192 hours, and so on. The owner of the house can hire building assistants to speed up the process (for more details, see "Speeding up the construction" below).

Houses that are under construction are displayed in the "Build a house" section. In the same section you can hire builders.

You can build different types of buildings - from a Small House (1 unit of development level) to an Estate (32 units of development level). To build a Castle (50 units of development level), it is necessary to apply the potions of "Hospitable shelter" to the building (for more details, see the chapter below).

When calculating the assessment of the clone's property and the account score, the value of the assessment of the built house and its development systems is taken into account with an increased coefficient of 1.2.

[править] Huts for Serfs

The Serf is the only clone on a game account may build only one small, modest house - the Hut. Construction of houses of other types is not available to him.

The construction of the Hut is free and instant. You can build your Hut on the territory of any administrative unit of any Principality.

In the future, you can develop the Hut to the Small House (with 1 unit of development level), spending 1 potion of "Hospitable shelter".

Living in a Hut is uncomfortable, but on the local area you can grow beautiful flowers. Seeds for sowing can be obtained free of charge in the State Farm. A day you can get no more than two bags of seeds of each type of flowers. It is possible to grow only 1 type of seeds at the same time, the full cycle from sowing to collecting flowers is from 16 to 52 hours depending on the type of flowers.

Grown flowers can be sold at the Fair to other players. When writing a letter to the player by game mail, you can attach to letter a bouquet of fresh, fragrant flowers and thus express him your sympathy or gratitude.

The construction of houses can be speeded up by hiring third-party workers. To do this, on the "Build a house" page you need to set the total Reserve of payment for builders and the price of one job task in your house under construction. The size of the Reserve can be calculated as follows: multiply the price of the job task by the number of required job tasks (construction hours); usually the minimum price of one job task is 0.0001 gold coins. If the Reserve is not fully used up, it will be returned to the account balance at the end of construction.

As soon as the Builder takes the job task, the duration of the construction of the house is immediately reduced by 1 hour. Attraction of third-party workers stops in the last hour of construction of the house. The Builder receives his salary after completing the job task.

Thus, the construction of 1 unit of development level of the house you can accelerate from 96 hours to one hour, by the recruitment of 95 builders at the same time.

The higher the price of the job task, the higher the rating of your job ad and the sooner you hire builders.

Consider a situation where 95 builders reduce the construction time of 1 level of the house from 96 hours to 1 hour. If all builders are hired in the first 15 minutes of construction, then the scale will show 25% of readiness (since 15 minutes of the required 60 are passed).

It is not obligatory to immediately build a high-level house. Later you can develop the level of the house you built.

The use of one potion of "Hospitable shelter" to the house develops its level by 1 unit of development. The effect of the potion is instant; it is not necessary to wait, as when house constructs.

This potion can be made in the Magicians' Tower or purchased at the Fair.

You can offer rooms in your house for rent for other clones who work in private enterprises of the administrative unit in which your house is located, or who want to get a job there as a builder. Also, living in the house is necessary that the value of the "Intention" characteristic does not decrease daily (see the relevant chapter below).

If your house is located on "Imperial Lands" or on the territory of the Principality, but is not attached to any administrative unit, then offering the house for rent or settling in it is impossible.

In order for other clones to be able to rent rooms in your house, you just need to set the price of daily rent (not less than 0.0001 gold coins and not more than 0.1 gold coins). You determine its size in your own.

You can set a maximum rental period for tenants in your house in days (minimum 3 days and maximum 299 days).

If you do not want to lease the rooms to other clones, then specify 0 in the "Rental price" field. In this case, you will be able to settle only your own clones in this house, and they will not pay rent.

The owner of the house will receive rental payment by the day, a total of one operation from all tenants. Even if the tenant is evicted from the house before the end of the rental term, the owner of the house will receive payment for part-time rent.

The rent from the tenants will be credited to the game account of the owner of the house every day minus tax. The tax is 1% of the daily rent for each place. If the amount of tax is less than 0.0001 gold coins, the tax is not charged and the rent is paid to the owner of the house in full. From this item of income the State pays:

  • 25% - to the Emperors' Residence Reserves;
  • 25% - to the Active Players Reserves.

If the clone (the owner of the house) is put up for auction, rental payments accumulate over the term of the auction. After the conclusion or cancellation of the transaction for the sale of this clone, the accumulated rental payments are paid in a separate item of "Accumulated rental payments" to the game account of the clone owner.

You are the rightful owner of your house! You can refuse to extend the rental term to any tenant. To do this, click on the "List of tenants" icon %tenants_image% near the house and then click the icon %minus_image%. In this case, a counter will appear near the name of the tenant, counting the days before his eviction.

Attention! After eviction, this clone will not be able to rent this house again for 2 days, then the ban for he will be removed.

A clone may rent a house where he wishes, except for the houses on "Imperial Lands". Usually residents rent housing in those Principalities and administrative units where there is work in private enterprises or construction sites. On the "Rent a house" page you need to select the desired location and then to choose the right one for you from the list of houses.

You can simplify the search for available rental locations by selecting the "Show free only" option. You can rent a house for any number of days (from 3 days or more), but no more than the maximum threshold set by the owner of the house.

You can't rent a house whose owner is up for auction.

You cannot rent a house whose owner has set the rent to 0.

A clone whose Energy is below 0 (or clone on the same account that has clones with an Energy below 0) cannot rent a house, but can extend an existing rental term (auto-extend mode only). Hungry clone can only move into the house, located on the same game account.

When renting a room, the rent for the entire selected period is immediately reserved from the account of the tenant, and then paid daily to the owner of the house.

In your own house, you can settle for free clones of your account. If you have registered several accounts with the same personal data, you can settle clones from these accounts in your house for free too. In this case, the room will be rented immediately for a maximum period of 299 days.

If you want to ban other players' clones to rent your house, you need to set the price of rent to 0. Then only your clones will be able to rent this house.

If the owner of the house raises the rental price, those clones-tenants who have set the auto-extend function and the maximum rental threshold below the new price, receive a warning by game mail. In this case, the auto-extend function is automatically cancelled and they can decide whether to continue renting the house at a new price or to look for a new place of residence.

Notice! If the rent days paid by the tenant are not over, the clone continues to live at the old price until the end of the rental term.

The owner of the house can prohibit the extension of the rent to the tenant. Two days after the eviction, the former tenant can again rent a room in the same house, if there are empty rooms.

Clicking on the "Your clones renting real estate" link you will find a list of clones of your account that rent houses. On this page you will be able to extend the rent or evict several clones, or one at a time.

To extend your stay in the house, go to the "Rent a house" page and extend the rent for the desired number of days.

The number of days specified when extending is added to the previously paid remaining days.

The owner of the house can refuse to extend the rent for any reason. In this case, you will see the corresponding warning, and the rent extension will be blocked.

You can not extend the rent of the house, the owner of which is put up for auction.

The "Automatic rent control" function allows you to avoid dismissal of the clone due to the end of the rental period, if you forget to extend it in time.

If you enable this feature, every time before the possible dismissal of the clone due to the end of the rent will be an attempt to extend the rent for 1 day. If the owner of the house has not set a ban for extension for your clone and your account is sufficient amount of gold coins to extend, the rent will be extended for a day.

Accommodation in own or rented house is needed to train the characteristic of "Intention". In that case, if the clone already has points of Intention, then after eviction from the house the number of Intention points will decrease by 1 point per day. If the clone has stopped training of Intention but continues to rent a house, the number of Intention points will not decrease.

The clone can train Intention in two ways: in the Canteen for the Energy points and at the University for the gold coins. You can train your Intention in both ways.

The higher the level of development of the house in which the clone lives, the less points of Energy he spends to train of 1 point of Intention:

The Castles have the some magical property: if a Castle has maximally developed social policy, then consumption of Energy by a clone living in the castle will be 3 points.

When living in a house, clone will be able to restore daily a certain amount of Energy, which is measured as a percentage of the "daily rate of consumption of Energy" and directly depends on the level of the house. Each level gives +1% of the daily rate of consumption. Thus, the clone can restore daily from 1% of the daily rate when living in a Small House and up to 50% of the daily rate when living in a Castle.

If the house is located in the Principality, which built a Hospital of VI-th level, clones living in such a house have an additional opportunity to restore of 5% of the daily rate of consumption of Energy. If the Principality has proceeded into the Era of the Megaliths, it has a Hospital of the required level.

Owners of real estate are paid a daily state allowance, the amount of which depends on the level of real estate development. The owner of the house can protect his house by hiring security guard. Any clone with social status of Craftsman and higher suits for the position of the guard. You can hire one security guard in each house.

Applicants' requests can be found by clicking on the "Guards:" link on the page of "Your houses".

When choosing among the applicants, pay attention to the presence of weapons - both firearms and cold arms, as well as military training. The owner of the house can have watchdogs (on the "Your houses" page, at a particular house). The cost of one dog is 0.5 gold coins.

Depending on the size of the house (its development level), it is possible to put a certain number of watchdogs (see the table). The maximum number of dogs in the house means that the thief will never goes undetected. If dogs are less than the maximum number, then the thief has a chance to be undetected.

The life span of a watchdog is from 360 to 370 days (it will die any day of this period).

Each dog consumes 2 points of Energy per day, which can be obtained by preparing chicken, pork or beef in the dog feeder. Dog eats with intervals of 24 hours from the moment of its purchase.

A hungry dog does not faithfully protect the house, and if the dog is not fed 10 days in a row, it will die from hunger.

The dog can be transferred to service in another house (if the number of dogs it has not reached the maximum possible) - where the benefits of it will be maximum (even in a house belonging to another clone of your account). To select this option, click on the icon of the desired dog in the list of houses.

If the owner of the house no longer needs a watchdog, he can bring it to the State Farm of the Land of Clones and hand it over for maintenance, while receiving coupons of the State Farm. To select this option, click on the icon of the desired dog in the list of houses. The number of coupons you receive, depends on the age of the dog:

  • from 1 to 200 days - 1 coupon;
  • 201 days and more - no coupon is issued, but the dog is accepted by the State Farm for maintenance.

Each house with a level of development of 3 and higher has the basement's jail.

In the basement's jail get unlucky thieves which have encroached on the Treasury at house. You can see the caught thieves at the "Your houses" page, the link of "Basement's Jail" at house.

Basement's Jail have different sizes, on it depends the number of thieves caught, which you can hold at the same time. How many robberies can be subjected to your home, so many bandits you can place in the basement's jail at a time.

The thief will be in the basement's jail for two days, during which he will not be able to go to his dirty business...

The owner of the house can punish the thief, awarding him the very unpleasant combat skills. Also each punishment removes 10 points of Criminal Authority from the thief's characteristics.

The number of punishments for each thief is calculated as the value of (Treasury of the house at the time of capture)/0.05. For example, if the Treasury of the house was 1 gold coin, then you can punish the thief for 1/0,05 = 20 times. If the Treasury of the house is less than 0.05 gold, then you can not apply punishment for thieves (although they will still sit in the basement's jail for two days until you release them).

Every owner of the house needs help from time to time, especially if the house adjacent agricultural fields those need to be processed. Of course, you can do everything yourself, but it is more effective to attract outside help, offering servants to perform tasks.

When processing fields, the servants assist the clone working on the field, accelerating the processing by 10% in the stages of fertilizer, sowing and harvesting (for more details, see the "Farming" section).

In order to hire a servant, the owner of the house must assign a salary reserve and the price of one job task. The cost of each task is determined by the owner of the house. All payments to servants for completed tasks are made automatically from the salary reserve.

At the beginning of the job task by a Serf, the cost of the job is reserved from the reserve. If the Serf successfully copes with the task, its cost is paid to his game account. If he did not cope with the work for some reason, the cost is returned to the reserve.

Payments from this reserve cease when it runs out of funds. In this case, the house will be marked as no longer in need of hired servants. In addition, the house will receive the same mark, if its owner does not set the size of the salary reserve for Serfs.

The reserve can be reset, and the reserved money will be returned to the account of the owner of the house. Clones of the social status of the Serf can work as the servant. A Serf who wants to get a job, submits an application in the section of "Work - For Serfs - For servants". The automated employment exchange of the Land of Clones will choose the most profitable of the available tasks from house owners at the moment and will direct the Serf to its execution.

Note that the higher the cost of a house owner's job, the more likely it is to be issued to workers.

Each task takes one hour of the employee's work.

The level of the house determines the number of job tasks that can be executed by Serfs at the same time. There are maximum of 24 job tasks per day for each level of development of the house, which are executed sequentially.

For example: in the Castle, the house of the highest level (50 units of development), 50 tasks can be executed simultaneously by different hired workers. The total number of possible tasks executions in the Castle per day can be calculated by the following formula: 50 * 24 = 1200. That is, every day in the Castle can be executed up to 1200 tasks, 50 of which can be executed at a time.

[править] Increase the basic level of the house

By paying a servant's salary, you temporarily increase the basic level of the house.

In this case, the amount of salary paid to the servant of the house for the last day is multiplied by 100 and added to the level of the house.

An increase in the level cannot be greater than the value of the base level of the house.

The higher the level of your house obtained in this way, the greater will be your share of the total allowance to house owners paid by the owners of administrative units (from the Hamlet to the Principality).

Attention! The increased value of the level will not affect the amount of payments of the daily allowance to house owners from the State Treasury.

Thus, it is possible to increase the level of the house only once; after the next payment of allowances, the level of the house returns to its basic value.

Attention! In this way, you can not increase the basic indicators of the house, that is, the number of places to stay, the number of fields, etc. (see "The Real Estate's level of development" chapter above).

[править] Allowances to the house owners

At the end of each working day, the State pays a special allowance for house owners. Its size is 2% of the current value of the State Treasury. This allowance is paid according to the level of development of the house (the house of a higher level of development, respectively, will receive an income higher than the house of lower level). Exactly half of the allowance goes directly to the game account of the owner of the house, and the other half remains in the Treasury of the house.

In addition, the "Treasury of the house" allowance, which is formed from 10% of the profits of the Arm's Stock Market, as well as 10% of the income from training "Intention", is daily deposited in the houses (paid according to the level of house development).

Every day at the estimated time the accumulated funds in the house (both from the state allowance and from the "Treasury of the house" allowance) are automatically transferred to the game account of the owner of the house. It is impossible to take the accumulated reserve manually.

Before this moment, the house can be subjected to a bandit raid and robbery. For more information, see "The protection of the house" chapter.

Owners of administrative units (from the Hamlet to the Principality) can also assign allowances to house owners on their territory. The amount of the allowance which will be received by a particular house owner depends on the level of the house. The higher the level of your real estate, the greater the share of the allowance paid to you from the general reserve. Such allowances are paid to the account of the owner of the house.

Attention! The allowance from the State Treasury is paid according to the basic level of the house (without taking into account its increase by means of payment of a salary to the servants). While the amount of allowances from the owners of administrative units you can increase by increasing the level of the house when paying the salary of the servants. The amount of payments is displayed in the Registry of the Principalities when selecting the certain administrative unit.

If you are the owner of the house, in addition to other opportunities, you have the opportunity to cultivate fields and grow crops.

The number of available fields in the house is equal to the basic level of the house (without taking into account the increase in the level by paying the servant's salary).

You can attach the drainage system to your house (with "wooden house with a wing" level or higher). This house will automatically join the "Guild of progressive Builders" and on the icon of the house will appear the logo of the Guild in the form of the letter "G".

The drainage system is built once for the house, so the further increase in the level of the house will not affect the drainage system, it will remain attached to the house.

Construction of the drainage system will take 192 hours. To speed up the construction, you can hire builders, as in the construction of the house. To do this, you need to set the total Reserve of payment for builders and the price of one job task in your house under construction on the page of "Build a house". The size of the Reserve can be calculated as follows: multiply the price of the job task by the number of required job tasks (construction hours); usually the minimum price of one job task is 0.0001 gold coins. If the Reserve is not fully used up, it will be returned to the account balance at the end of construction.

As soon as the Builder takes the job task, the duration of the construction of the system is immediately reduced by 1 hour. Attraction of third-party workers stops in the last hour of construction of the system. The Builder receives his salary after completing the job task.

Thus, the construction of drainage system you can accelerate from 192 hours to one hour, by the recruitment of 191 builders at the same time.

The higher the price of the job task, the higher the rating of your job ad and the sooner you hire builders.

Consider a situation where 191 builders reduce the construction time of drainage system from 192 hours to 1 hour. If all builders are hired in the first 15 minutes of construction, then the scale will show 25% of readiness (since 15 minutes of the required 60 are passed).

The State supports the development of new technologies in construction and daily transfers 1% of the accumulated State Treasury in the "Guild of Builders" reserve. Payments to members of the Guild from this Reserve are made according to the levels of their houses.

The house owner has the opportunity to attach the irrigation system to his house.

The built system allows accelerating the process of ripening (agricultural stage of "Field in the process of growth and ripening") in the fields near the house by 10%.

To build the irrigation system is possible only in those houses that are located in the Principality with the 5th level of development of the University and on the territory of which there is a sufficient number of fields.

Attention! The irrigation system accelerates the ripening process for only 10 fields belonging to the house at the same time. Therefore, the construction of the system is available only to houses with a minimum level of 10.

For example, the owner of the Castle can build 5 irrigation systems at once, as there are 50 fields on the territory of his Castle.

Fields with irrigation system will be sown (or fertilized and then sown) first.

The Builder (house owner) of the irrigation system at the time of construction pays a fee to the Prince in the amount of 0.4 gold coins and a fee the owner of AU (on the territory of which the house is located) in the amount of 0.1 gold coins. If at the time of construction of the system you have just fertilized fields in the house, the irrigation system will first attach to them. If the fertilized fields are less than 10, the remaining fields will be selected randomly.

If there are no fertilized fields, all 10 will be randomly selected from all fields in the house.

The irrigation system is attached to the field once during installation and then can not be transferred to another field. This means that even at the beginning of a new agricultural cycle, the acceleration of ripening will be applied only to those fields to which the system was immediately attached, and to no other.

Under each Castle it is possible to construct a huge cave in which one dragon will be able to contain. This mythical animal will be your pet, which has a keen sense of gold. Building a cave under the Castle is not an easy job! The Thermae is extremely useful structure for clones that can influence their characteristics positively. You can build the Thermae only in the Principality, where the Aqueduct is already built - because a huge amount of water requires for their continuous operation.

All residents of the Principality can visit the Thermae. The Serfs are not allowed to enter the Thermae. The Prince charges a visit fee by each clone, which is 0.025 gold coins.

Each time clone visits the Thermae, he awarded the following characteristics 1 time per day:

  • +2 points of Military Initiative, if the clone does not have a military rank or its criminal authority below the "Moth" level
