The buyer acquires a Principality with a clone - the Prince of this Principality. After the acquisition, the buyer has the opportunity to rename the purchased Principality and Prince.
To sell at auction of Principalities can clones - the Princes not below the status of "nobleman" (i.e., the Principality offered for sale by another clone-Prince appropriate status). The "Clone Score" parameter and the social status of the sold lot (Prince) can not be higher than that of the clone (Prince)-seller. Empires are not sold here.
The Prince, put up for auction, should not own any animals and chicken farms.
Depending on the social status of the seller, he can put up for sale a different number of lots:
- social status "Nobleman" - a one-time set of no more than 1 lot.
- social status "Boyar" - a one-time set of no more than 2 lots.
- social status "Emperor" - a one-time set of no more than 3 lots.
- social status "Emperor of the Naphtha Era" - a one-time set of no more than 4 lots.
The minimum value of the lot is 400 gold coins.
After the first bid, if the remaining trading time for the lot is more than 1 day, it is reduced to 1 day. Subsequent bids increase the trading period by 5 minutes if the bid is made in the last 5 minutes before the end of the current trading period.
The maximum bid increment in the auction cannot be more than 10 gold coins.
Trade period for lots at the auction is limited to 15 days, after this time, if the lot is not sold, it will be withdrawn from the auction. Perhaps, it is necessary to revise its price, to analyze the market, to make some amendments.
Purchased Principality will go to the account of the buyer within 5-10 minutes after the auction’s end.
When you place a lot, a Commission equal to 1 gold coin is charged.
Upon the sale of the lot, the seller is charged a Commission of 20% of the sale price.
Commissions are the income of the State, which then takes them for 100% and pays to the following reserves:
- 10% - Securities of Auction of the clones;
- 10% - the Emperors' Residence Reserves;
- 10% - the Technology Reserves;
- 10% - the Megaliths Era Reserves.
